Sampchair is a unique piece that blends elements of industry and nature, meticulously crafted from aluminum alloy and wood. Through this piece, I explore the dynamic boundaries between synthetic and organic, standardisation and diversificatiom, efficiency and romance.

The smoothness of the aluminum contrasts sharply with the wood's water-like grain, presenting an aesthetic characterized by the intertwining of modernity and nature. Yet, in the details, a shared language runs through both materials, ambiguously breaking the boundaries and creating a visual and tactile experience that is uniquely layered.
Swampchair's design is simple yet robust, skillfully merging different materials in a way that both divides and unifies. It is not only a functional piece of furniture, it is also a discursive daily sculpture.
