Historical and cultural districts represent a city's traditional culture and historical values, but they face challenges due to rapid urban development. Hutongs, for instance, experience issues like an aging population, diminished community spirit, and fading traditions.

To address this, I propose a strategy: using pet communities as catalysts to activate Hutong communities. This strategy involves an elderly-centered pet service industry, viewing pets as social assets. By merging senior Hutong residents, young pet enthusiasts, and other pet-related resources, a comprehensive industry network emerges. Ultimately, this leads to a unified pet service platform within the Hutong pet community, working to rejuvenate historical districts.
